Processing time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

UK delivery We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £50. Orders below £50 are subject to a flat delivery fee of £3.99.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier availability. Elarco Home is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.

Order tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order directly with the carrier.

Lost or delayed orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@elarcohome.com with your order number and we will investigate as soon as possible.

Incorrect delivery address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. Elarco Home cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
